After it was up and running I found that to stay safe and secure, they take quite a bit of direct knowledge and/or hand holding. I quickly felt uncomfortable with the task not just from a security standpoint but some of the more in depth requirements she had that would need more coding. Throughout the migration of our site they kept me informed on what was happening and when everything was complete. It was really just a great experience. Serval times over the years I have requested changes to the website (some pretty detailed) and some very time sensitive. They have always done an excellent job of going over plans, pricing, timelines and even providing alternatives when I request something that needs to be done differently or could be done at a lower cost.
