Several years ago I helped my sister with a website for her business. After it was up and running I found that to stay safe and secure, they take quite a bit of direct knowledge and/or hand holding. I quickly felt uncomfortable with the task not just from a security standpoint but some of the more in depth requirements she had that would need more coding.

I reached out to several web companies in our area, I like using local businesses when I can and if it makes sense. Carolina Custom Design (CCD) impressed me the most, the first thing I noticed about CCD was that they didn’t try to “up sale” me at any point during our conversations. I told them what I was looking for and what my concerns were and they made me feel like I was one of their top customers (knowing full well that was not the case). Throughout the migration of our site they kept me informed on what was happening and when everything was complete. It was really just a great experience.

Serval times over the years I have requested changes to the website (some pretty detailed) and some very time sensitive. They have always done an excellent job of going over plans, pricing, timelines and even providing alternatives when I request something that needs to be done differently or could be done at a lower cost.

CCD has always made me feel comfortable in their approach to web services and the security they provide for my sisters website, she will be a customer for as long as they will put up with us.

Carolina Custom Designs was great to work with.
Response times were great, as well as suggestions, help, and professional feedback. They were 100% transparent throughout the process, and made it very straightforward. We will continue to work with CCD as our website grows!

Carolina Custom Designs took over hosting duties for my website a little over a year ago. What a difference! I have dependable hosting service, a newly designed site (All questions answered quickly!), and SEO service--all at reasonable rates. Highly recommended.
